ALL BUYERS will have to undergo a background check at buyer's expense ($20 for the 1st gun & $10 each additional gun) because it is a consignment auction. We understand the inconvenience, but there are no exceptions. Out of state buyers that purchase HAND guns must have them shipped to an FFL holder in their state. Must be 18 to purchase long guns and 21 to purchase hand guns. Must have valid ID to obtain a bidding number. Convicted felons are not allowed to bid or purchase firearms. Online buyer's premium is 13% + S/H. All transactions subject to federal, state and local law. Valid government-issued photo ID required. No sale to prohibited persons.
