Special Terms: Everything sold as is, where is, no guarantees are made or implied. All sales are final. Internet Buyer's Premium is 5% not to exceed $1000/item. Catalogs: This brochure is furnished by the auctioneers as a guide only. No guarantee as to the accuracy of description is made. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Pictures may show attachments, hitches, etc. but that does not guarantee it will be sold as a unit. Please call with questions. In no event shall Wolff Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they MAY NOT return any item they purchase.

Titles: Titles are not available on sale day unless paid with cash or credit card and will be mailed to purchaser approximately 10 business days after satisfactory settlement. Please provide correct mailing address. No titles will be available if vehicles are marked or announced as 'No Title' or ‘For Parts Only’.

Bidding: All bids placed are binding contracts. The highest bidder at the close of bidding is legally obligated to pay the full purchase price, including any applicable buyer’s premium, taxes, or fees. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of deposit, resale of the item, and/or legal action. In case of a tie bid, auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bid between those two bidders. Auctioneer reserves the right to revoke any bid card at any time. Anyone bidding for an account other than their own must obtain a separate bid number for that account.

Wolff Auctioneers is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Wolff Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Wolff Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the Equipment Facts feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Wolff Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Wire Transfer, and Cash

Payment Instructions: Full payment must be received within 2 business days or less of receipt of invoice. Preferred method of payment is wire transfer. Please contact your bank as soon as possible after receiving your invoice to ensure the wire transfer is initiated and completed within the allotted time frame stated above. Other acceptable payment methods are Certified Check, Money Order, Cash or Credit Card. (3.8% service fee on credit card payments) Call 701-870-1406 for credit card payments after auction. Items not paid in full in the allotted time will be turned over to a collection agency, in which all fees will be paid for by the buyer. More so, if purchased items are not picked up in the allotted time they will be considered abandoned property yet still subject to full payment and will be resold.

Shipping Instructions: No shipping available. This is a pick up auction only. Items must be paid for in full before pickup. All purchased items must be removed within 5 days unless other arrangements with seller have been made. Buyer is 100% responsible for loading & hauling. Once an item is sold it is solely the buyer’s responsibility. Wolff Auctioneers nor the seller is not responsible for damaged or stolen property.
